Warranty
Tellermate provides a full manufacturers warranty with all items.
The warranty covers the failure of parts and workmanship for the entire period stated where this is not the result of unreasonable or irresponsible useage. Under warranty, if a part fails it should be reported to the Customer Support Team at 1-800-TEL-MATE.
The misuse of equipment, use with an unapproved power supply or the dismantling or customization of the equipment by an unapproved agent will cause the warranty to be voided. This warranty does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
